Heading Home








 We made it to the airport and realized quickly how much time we saved by not checking in  luggage. We found a library at the airport and tulips! The emergency door in the back of the plane was not functioning so they made 72 passengers stay off the plane. We managed to get a spot because they gave priority with those with children under 18 so we made it home!

June 27 Visiting Gouda

Today we visited the Cheese Market in Gouda!. We saw a reenactment of the cheese bartering for prices and weighing of the cheese. We then walked around the city and found a super cool windmill we were able to climb up. Then we found the Lego Store.. it is VERY hot here with absolutely no rain! The Lego store had air conditioning! Then we played a little on the property where we are staying. It's quite peaceful here!

June 24 Gent Belgium

Today we explored Gravensteen Castle! It was a lot of fun and super cool. We also explored Gent and just enjoyed the scenery of the whole place. We got waffles and ice cream which were soooo yummy. Image hot waffle with crispy outsides, soft insides with warm Nutella and icecream. It seriously was amazing!! These were Liege waffles. With a sweet crisp taste.. yum!!!!!!!
