June 2 Europe or Bust!



On our way  to the airport thanks to Uber..Our bags are packed. We squeezed in our first  Uber ride with all our bags on our lap and we are off!

We made it through security, had time to buy some hamburgers and pizza and boarded the plane. 

The plane was a big one and it seemed like they were constantly coming by asking what we want to drink. The time flew by and  in 7 hrs and before we knew it we arrived. I ordered the gluten free meal and it was much fresher than the regular one! We arrived in Amsterdam at 5:30 AM  !!

June 27 Visiting Gouda

Today we visited the Cheese Market in Gouda!. We saw a reenactment of the cheese bartering for prices and weighing of the cheese. We then walked around the city and found a super cool windmill we were able to climb up. Then we found the Lego Store.. it is VERY hot here with absolutely no rain! The Lego store had air conditioning! Then we played a little on the property where we are staying. It's quite peaceful here!

June 24 Gent Belgium

Today we explored Gravensteen Castle! It was a lot of fun and super cool. We also explored Gent and just enjoyed the scenery of the whole place. We got waffles and ice cream which were soooo yummy. Image hot waffle with crispy outsides, soft insides with warm Nutella and icecream. It seriously was amazing!! These were Liege waffles. With a sweet crisp taste.. yum!!!!!!!
